ConnectJets are continuing to explore avenues that we believe will improve our clients’ on-board experience at altitude. We are delighted to offer Difference Coffee Co as new partner on our Altitude+ Membership Programme, providing the only coffee that is tried, tested and certified as the most delicious coffee in the world.

Like fine wine, coffee depends on particular soil and weather conditions to deliver exceptional flavour. Difference Coffee Co offers the finest coffees through its ultimate terroir-led coffee collection: an acclaimed and exclusive line-up which includes Jamaican Blue Mountain, Hawaiian Kona, Panamanian Geisha, and Indonesian Kopi Luwak.

The Difference process begins with sourcing only the highest rated specialty grade Arabica beans. Specialty coffee accounts for 1% of global coffee production. Difference sources beans from the highest rated 1% of that, buying direct only from producers who achieve the absolute highest scores in prestigious competitions such as Cup of Excellence, Best of Panama, and the Kona Cupping Competition.

Once the beans have been secured, Difference relies on the expertise of one of the world’s most awarded roasters to bring out the fullest expression of the beans’ flavour. His knowledge of roasting and his dedication to the craft guarantee beans are roasted to perfection.

After roasting, the beans are ground to a uniformly even grind and packaged into capsules compatible with the Nespresso system. In doing so, the coffees stays as fresh as possible for as long as possible, avoids any loss of flavour, which results in a balanced extraction at the touch of a button.

Difference Coffee Co supplies capsules as well as roasted whole beans to a choice of premier hotels, restaurants and private members clubs. Customers include three Michelin star chefs Guy Savoy and Anne-Sophie Pic, The Four Seasons Hotel at Ten Trinity Square, Harry’s Bar, Annabel’s, and The Palace Hotel in Gstaad.

Difference also sells capsules through its dedicated online boutique. Quantities range from as little as 12kg to 500kg annually and are sold via strict allocation.
