The Gladstone London range fuses contemporary aesthetic and functionality with the lost designs and craftsmanship of the 1920s era of ‘London Made’. Our young designers combine function and aesthetic to create timeless and durable designs. All of our products are handcrafted in an Italian factory near Lake Como to a level of quality only matched by the most renowned super brands. Founder, John O’Sullivan has over 30 years of experience working with the likes of MCM and Chanel and in 2015 decided to leverage his in depth knowledge of, and strong network in the fashion and leather goods industry to create Gladstone London; a brand where quality comes first.

This collection is dedicated to the classic business traveller longing for a design that holds tradition with a modern twist.  The soft dyed through calf skin leathers is hand selected by John in Italy and is later crafted in our factory by master craftsmen.

Gladstone’s stud collection features iconic double decked handle bases with contrast hand stitching; a skill that requires an apprentice to train for six years until they achieve the level of competency necessary to reach their exacting standards of craftsmanship to start working on stitching.

Their lock collection consists of Gladstone’s distinct diamond cut lock which is handcrafted by a jeweller in Florence, renowned for their meticulous eye for detail, the hardware will only be used if it is up to the jeweller’s perfectionist standard.

We are thrilled to be able to offer Avanti EVO clients bespoke luggage, custom-made to maximise the use of the hold-space. With Gladstone Bags meticulous design, we can create the first fully-custom luggage set for your aircraft, available in colours to match the aircraft interior/exterior.
